In accordance with directives from the Ministry of Health and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, we will implement measures to protect our patients and staff from COVID-19. These will include, but not be limited to:

• Active screening for symptoms of COVID-19 (consent form via email)
• Passive screening for symptoms of COVID-19 (signage)
• Regular cleaning and disinfecting tables
• Ample use of and availability of hand sanitizer
• Masks are no longer mandatory

You will receive a Covid e-mail screening consent prior to each visit. Otherwise you will be required to sign a COVID screening and consent form – you can download it here and bring it in with you.
